1. Who we are

Focus Pact Pro is a local-first digital wellness and focus recovery app that helps users create self-imposed restriction rules for selected apps, categories, and websites using Apple's Screen Time related frameworks.

2. Current service model

The current version runs primarily on your device. It does not require an online account, does not provide cloud sync, and does not upload your Screen Time history or personal content to developer-operated servers.

3. Information processed on-device

To let the main app and its extensions work together, Focus Pact Pro stores and processes the following information locally on your device:

  • Rules you create, including schedules, selected targets, Ghost / Guard mode, grace settings, and daily limits
  • Runtime state needed to enforce rules, including shields, same-day schedule overrides, and recovery state
  • Local event records such as attempts, confirmed continues, emergency unlocks, and review summaries
  • Local credit score state and credit ledger history
  • Local diagnostics and analytics events generated on-device for app behavior only

4. Apple permissions and frameworks

Focus Pact Pro uses Apple's Screen Time related capabilities only for user-initiated self-management:

  • FamilyControls: lets you choose which apps, categories, or websites you want to restrict
  • ManagedSettings: applies local restriction state and shows the Shield UI
  • DeviceActivity: schedules local enforcement windows and local recovery callbacks

These capabilities operate on-device. Focus Pact Pro does not access the contents of your messages, photos, emails, or web pages.

5. What we do not collect or upload

Based on the current shipping implementation, Focus Pact Pro does not collect, sell, or upload to developer-operated servers:

  • App usage history
  • Screen Time rule history
  • Credit score history
  • Emergency history
  • Personal messages
  • Contacts
  • Photos
  • Location data
  • Browsing page content

The current version also does not include third-party advertising, tracking, or remote analytics SDKs.

2. 当前服务形态

当前版本主要在你的设备上本地运行。当前版本不要求创建在线账号，不提供云同步，也不会把你的 Screen Time 历史或个人内容上传到开发者服务器。

3. 我们在本机处理哪些信息

为了让主 App 与系统扩展协同工作，Focus Pact Pro 会在设备本地处理并保存以下信息：

  • 你创建的规则，包括时间安排、目标选择、Ghost / Guard 模式、宽限设置和每日上限
  • 执行规则所需的运行时状态，包括 Shield、当日规则延后覆盖和恢复状态
  • 本地事件记录，例如尝试、确认继续、Emergency 解锁和复盘摘要
  • 本地信用分状态和信用分流水
  • 仅在设备本地生成的产品诊断与分析事件，用于记录 App 自身行为

4. Apple 权限与系统框架

Focus Pact Pro 仅将 Apple 的屏幕使用时间相关能力用于用户主动发起的自我管理：

  • FamilyControls：让你选择要限制的应用、分类或网站
  • ManagedSettings：应用本地限制状态并展示 Shield 界面
  • DeviceActivity：安排本地执行时段与本地恢复回调

这些能力都在设备本地工作。Focus Pact Pro 不会读取你的消息内容、照片内容、邮件内容或网页正文。

5. 我们不会收集或上传什么

基于当前版本的实现，Focus Pact Pro 不会向开发者服务器收集、出售或上传以下内容：

  • 应用使用历史
  • Screen Time 规则历史
  • 信用分历史
  • Emergency 历史
  • 个人消息
  • 通讯录
  • 照片
  • 位置信息
  • 网页正文内容

当前版本也不包含第三方广告、追踪或远程分析 SDK。

6. 支持联系

如果你主动通过电子邮件联系支持，你的邮件会经过邮件服务商和正常的邮件传输链路处理。请尽量不要发送与问题无关的敏感个人信息。
