Focus Pact Pro Terms of Use
1. What Focus Pact Pro is
Focus Pact Pro is a self-management tool for personal focus and digital wellness. It helps users define scheduled restriction rules on devices and Screen Time environments they are authorized to manage.
2. Acceptance
By using Focus Pact Pro, you agree to use it responsibly, follow Apple's platform rules, and comply with applicable laws.
3. How Focus Pact Pro works
The current version allows users to:
- Choose apps, categories, or web domains to restrict
- Configure schedules and interception modes such as Ghost and Guard
- Confirm continue actions inside the app, which may create local score consequences and same-day schedule delays
- Trigger Emergency Box, which temporarily unlocks protection and records that action locally
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Using Focus Pact Pro only on devices and Screen Time setups you are allowed to manage
- Reviewing your rules, continue confirmations, and Emergency Box actions carefully
- Keeping Screen Time authorization enabled if you expect protection to work
- Understanding that local score records, event history, and review summaries are part of the product behavior
5. Service boundaries
Focus Pact Pro is intended for personal productivity and digital wellness use. It is not:
- A law-enforcement tool
- A parental-control compliance product
- A medical device or treatment product
- A guarantee of uninterrupted blocking in every system condition
6. Apple system dependencies
Focus Pact Pro depends on Apple platform capabilities such as FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity.
Changes in iOS, entitlements, permissions, device state, or system behavior may affect how restrictions, scheduling, and recovery behave. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect blocking, or fitness for every workflow.
7. Current service model
The current version is local-first and does not include online accounts or cloud sync.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Focus Pact Pro to violate laws, invade another person's privacy, or bypass platform rules.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Focus Pact Pro is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed behavioral outcomes.

3. Focus Pact Pro 如何工作
当前版本允许用户：

- 配置规则时间和拦截模式，例如 Ghost 与 Guard
- 在 App 内确认继续操作；这可能带来本地信用分后果以及当天规则延后
- 触发 Emergency Box；这会临时解除保护，并在本地记录这次操作
4. 你的责任
你需要自行负责：
- 仅在你有权管理的设备和 Screen Time 环境中使用 Focus Pact Pro
- 仔细确认规则、继续操作和 Emergency Box 行为
- 在希望保护正常工作时保持 Screen Time 授权可用
- 理解本地信用分记录、事件历史和复盘摘要本身就是产品行为的一部分
5. 服务边界
Focus Pact Pro 面向个人效率与数字健康场景，不是：
- 执法工具
- 家长控制合规产品
- 医疗器械或治疗产品
- 在任何系统条件下都保证持续拦截的产品
6. Apple 系统依赖
Focus Pact Pro 依赖 Apple 的 FamilyControls、ManagedSettings 和 DeviceActivity 等系统能力。
如果 iOS 版本、系统权限、entitlement、设备状态或系统行为发生变化，规则执行、调度和恢复效果都可能受到影响。我们不保证绝对不中断的可用性、完美拦截效果，或适用于所有工作流。
7. 当前服务形态
当前版本是纯本地运行形态，不包含在线账号和云同步能力。
8. 合理使用
你同意不会使用 Focus Pact Pro 从事违法行为、侵犯他人隐私，或绕过平台规则。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Focus Pact Pro 按“现状”提供，不承诺持续可用性、特定用途适用性或特定行为结果。
